When people were fleeing the war, Yasou would cook for them, 

and by the end of the war, his miso soup and onigiri recipes were known all over japan, 

he had japanese craving his foods, from children to the elderly, From small villages in the countryside such as Okinawa, 

to large cities, such as Tokyo, is where Yasou began his sushi-making empire.

and soon after he started the old tales of okinawa his first ever resturant buisness, he started brewing local sake, 

called the kurusawa sake, which infuses a balanced citrus flavour in ones mouth, he dedicated his life in Brewing The Best Sake In Japan,

and he succeeded To Some Extent, the kurusawa sake Became one of the most famous drinks in japan, And It still is.

yasou built his legacy from nothing, and engraved his recipes in japanese history, with most used till this day.
